Photo Tribe – Where Memories Become Treasures!

Thank you for supporting our family-owned New Zealand business. Your satisfaction and your family's safety matter to us.

Our children's hats feature adjustable crown fittings and chin straps equipped with safety breakaway clips, designed to release under tension to help reduce the risk of entanglement or strangulation.

Although each breakaway clip is tested during production, we strongly recommend that parents and caregivers personally check its functionality before first use and regularly thereafter.

For your child's safety, please ensure that:

• The chin strap's safety breakaway clip releases correctly when tested and is not jammed, damaged or obstructed.
• All adjustable toggles, clips and fastenings are securely attached to their respective straps or the hat itself.
• No components are loose, damaged or at risk of detaching and becoming a choking hazard.
• The chin strap is comfortably adjusted and does not fit tightly around the child's neck.
• Hats with chin straps are removed during sleep and activities where straps could become caught, including use of playground equipment.

Important: Breakaway safety clips are designed to reduce certain risks but do not eliminate the possibility of choking, entanglement or strangulation. Appropriate adult supervision remains essential.

If any component becomes loose, damaged or fails to function as intended, discontinue use immediately and contact Photo Tribe for assistance.
